Just 5 simple ingredients.

Melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water.

Whisk the egg white until stiff.

Whisk the cream until thickened.

Mix the sugar into the egg.

Mix the vanilla into the chocolate.

Add 2 spoons of egg into the chocolate.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the egg white.

Add the whipped cream and fold in.

Divide into pots and refrigerate.
