How to make Paneer Curry

Heat oil and cook onions for 3-4 minutes

Add paneer, peppers and tomatoes.

Mix together boiling water, stock and tomato puree.

Add garlic and curry spices.

Add mango chutney and the tomato stock. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Mix in the chopped coriander (cilantro).

Add the spinach and cook until it has wilted.
