Prawn & Chorizo Pasta

Ready in just over 10 minutes, it's a quick and easy weeknight meal that is still impressive enough to wow dinner guests with.

Get started

Cook the spaghetti

Vegetables!

Cook the onion and red pepper.

Chorizo!

Add the chorizo, garlic and chilli.

Prawns!

Add the prawns.

Sauce!

Add the passata, tomato puree, lemon juice and lemon zest.

Tomatoes!

Add the chopped tomatoes.

Pasta!

Add the cooked spaghetti and a little of the pasta water.

Finish!

Mix so all the spaghetti is coated.
