Brown beef chunks for 2-3 minutes.

Fry onion, garlic, ginger and spices.

Put the beef and onion mix into the slow cooker.

Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and stock.

Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 8 hours.

Once the curry is cooked, stir in the spinach and coriander.
