Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

These easy baked Stuffed Mushrooms work well as an appetiser, side dish or part of a main meal - they are a simple weeknight vegetarian dish.

Get started

Fry the stalks, shallots, garlic and spinach.

Filling!

Put the filling ingredients in a bowl.

Combine!

Mix well.

Mushrooms!

Remove the gills from the mushrooms.

Fill!

Fill the mushrooms with the filling mixture.

Cook!

Bake for 20 minutes.
