Ingredients

Cashew milk

Instructions
Mix together
2 tablespoon Maple syrup
,
3 tablespoon Cocoa powder
,
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
and
1 tablespoon Cold water
to make a syrup.
Add
750 ml Cashew milk
to a pan and on a simmer, heat for 4 minutes.
Add
100 ml Brewed coffee
to two mugs.
Pour the milk into the mugs serve with whipped cream (optional).
Notes
We have mixed together maple syrup and cocoa powder to make a chocolate syrup, however you could use a store bought syrup if you prefer.
You can swap the cinnamon for ground ginger or use a mixture of the two.
