Heat
2 tablespoon Butter
in a large pan.
Add
250 g Spring greens
and cook on a low heat for 3-4 minutes, until starting to soften.
Add
4 Garlic clove
and stir. Cook on low for 2 minutes longer.
Serve topped with
Pine nuts
(optional).
Notes
Add some extra texture to this side dish by frying some diced shallots before adding the greens to the pan.
