Mix together 1 teaspoon Honey and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
Using a sharp, serrated knife, slice 2 Croissant in half lengthways. Spread the honey/mustard over the bottom section of the croissant.
Fill the croissants with 30 g Sliced ham, 60 g Cheese slices and 40 g Spinach.
Bake for 7-8 minutes.
Notes
Instead of the honey and mustard spread on the croissants, you could make a garlic and herb butter and spread that on instead. It would kind of be like garlic bread croissants.
You can swap the Dijon mustard for wholegrain if you want a stronger flavour.
For some extra flavour, sprinkle some everything bagel seasoning or poppy seeds on top of the croissants before baking.
