These easy cheese biscuits are made with just 4 ingredients. They make the perfect addition to your cheese board or buffet table.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C(fan)/375°F/Gas 5.
Put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix together until a dough is formed.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface. Roll out to 5mm thick.
Use a cookie cutter to cut the dough into circles about 5cm/2inch in diameter.
Lightly flour a large baking tray and put the dough disks onto it.
Bake for 12 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
Notes
Don't over-mix the dough. Just mix it enough so that everything is combined.
You can use any cookie cutter shapes to cut out these cheese biscuits. We like making little star biscuits.
For extra flavour, you can add a little bit of mustard powder.
A little bit of marmite is a delicious addition to these cheese biscuits.
