Instructions
Put
200 g Cream cheese
,
150 g Greek yogurt
and
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
into a bowl.
Sieve
50 g Icing sugar
into the bowl.
Mix well to form a smooth, creamy dip.
Notes
Make sure to sieve your icing sugar before you add it to the cream cheese mix, so it gets out any lumps.
If you only have granulated sugar, then you could blitz it in a blender to make it more of a powder consistency.
If all you have is brown sugar, it could be used but it would make the cream cheese fruit dip grainy.
Make sure your cream cheese is softened before using it, as this will give you a really creamy dip.
If this has been stored in the fridge, then let it come to room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
