Push a marshmallow onto a skewer. Dip in the melted chocolate then the sprinkles.
Repeat with all the marshmallows. Arrange in a jar to look like a bunch of flowers.
Refrigerate until set.
Notes
If you want to help the chocolate go harder a little quicker, and form more of a shell, then you can add a little coconut oil to the melted chocolate.
To store the chocolate dipped marshmallows in the fridge to cool, put them in a jar or cup, with the sticks standing up. You could also stand them up on a chocolate dipped end, but they tend to stick to a plate/board that way.
We used mini skewers as the sticks, but cake pop sticks or ice lolly sticks will work too.
Why not double up or even triple up on these and put two or three marshmallows on a stick and dip them in chocolate?
If you wanted a thicker layer of chocolate, then once you have dipped the marshmallows in chocolate, allow them to set and then dip them in again and then cover them in sprinkles and allow them to set again.
