Air Fryer Stuffing Balls: Store bought mix, added flavour and ready in under 15 minutes. The perfect golden brown stuffing ball all done in the air fryer!
Put 170 g Stuffing mix, 1 tablespoon Butter and 400 ml Boiled water into a mixing bowl.
Mix well to combine everything, then leave to stand for 5 minutes.
Roll into sixteen balls.
Cook at 180°C/350°F for 10 minutes, turning the balls over halfway through.
Notes
Don't roll your stuffing balls too big, as they will take much longer to cook, and they are more likely to fall apart.
Make sure they are all rolled to the same size, so that they cook evenly.
You can add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard to your stuffing mix for some extra flavour.
Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook these in batches. You need to make sure there is some space between the stuffing balls in air fryer, so the air can circulate and they don't get squashed.
