The Best Guacamole Recipe
Now you can make the ultimate guacamole yourself. Add it to tacos, scoop it up with tortilla chips, dip a carrot in to it or just eat it with a spoon (no shame).

Ingredients

medium avocado
1
tomato
finely diced

red onion
finely diced

tablespoon
coriander (cilantro)
chopped

garlic cloves
crushed

lime
(juice only)

jalapeno
chopped (more or less depending how spicy you like it)

sea salt and black pepper

cooked and diced
Instructions
Mash the avocado, preferably in a pestle and mortar, but a bowl and fork will work.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and serve immediately.

Notes
The lime juice will stop the guacamole from browning for a while, but it is better when eaten straight away.
Want to add something new? Try crumbling some feta on top of the guacamole just before serving.
Instead of using chopped jalapeno, why not mix a couple of tablespoons of salsa in to the guacamole.
Keep this vegan by skipping the bacon and adding a little extra salt.
