Fresh cod fillets
cut into 8 finger sized strips

Bread
made into breadcrumbs by blending it

Instructions
Preheat your oven 200°C/180°C(fan)/400°F/Gas 6.
Cut
250 g Fresh cod fillets
into fish finger size pieces
One at a time, coat the cod pieces in
40 g Plain flour
.
Then dip it into
1 Egg
(whisked).
Then roll it in breadcrumbs (made from
2 slices Bread
) so it is completely covered.
Repeat with each piece and put on a lightly greased baking try.
Bake for 15-20 minute, until cooked through and golden.
