Instructions
Put the feta, tomatoes and olives in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and oregano.
Put in a preheated oven at 200C for 25 minutes. Scatter with fresh basil before serving.

You could make these in individual portions by chopping the feta block in to chunks and adding to ramekins with the other ingredients.
If you like spice in your meals, why not add some flaked red chillies before serving? It will add a kick of heat.
If you love the saltiness of olives, but want to try something different, swap them for capers.
Use the best quality feta you can find (not Greek salad cheese), as you will honestly taste the difference.
