Add a sheet of baking paper or foil to a baking tray add the yogurt and honey. Mix well and spread it out. Our pieces were about a half inch thick, but how thick yours is depends on how thin you spread out the yogurt.
Sprinkle the yogurt with oats and chia seeds.
Top with berries and chocolate chips.
Put in the freezer for 3 hours and then cut in to chunks and serve.
Make this more indulgent by drizzling it with melted white chocolate. Milk and dark works well too.
You can use dairy free yogurt to make a vegan version of this, however you will get different results depending on what brand you use.
Instead of using oats, why not tray granola. It will have the nuts and fruit already added.
Add some extra flavour to this by using a flavoured yogurt. Mango is our favourite.
You can use frozen, fresh or dried fruit as a topping on this.
Take it out of the freezer for 1 minute before serving to soften it up a little. But don't leave it any longer than that because it will start melting.
