Salmon fillet
(approx 120g/4.25oz per fillet)

tablespoon
Sweet chilli sauce
1
tablespoon
Soy sauce
0.5
Lime
juice only
1
teaspoon
Sesame seeds

Fresh coriander (cilantro)
finely chopped

Instructions
Preheat you oven to 220°C/200°C(fan)/425°F/Gas 7.
In a bowl, mix together
4 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce
,
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
and juice of
0.5 Lime
.
Put
240 g Salmon fillet
onto a lined baking tray. Pour the chilli sauce mixture over the salmon.
Cook the salmon for 17 minutes.
Serve topped with
5 g Fresh coriander (cilantro)
and
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
.
Notes
Take this sweet chilli salmon to the next level by sprinkling some Parmesan on top before it goes in the oven.
This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled, depending on how many people you are serving.
You could make this recipe using a side of salmon too.
