Make natural, homemade peanut butter in minutes with just 1 ingredient. Enjoy it as a snack, with banana, apple or toast, or for an epic PB&J sandwich.
Put the peanuts into a high powdered food processor and turn it on.
You will need to keep stopping it and scrapping the sides down, and starting it again.
After a few minutes it will start to turn in to a butter. Blend until it is the desired consistency.
Notes
If you are really struggling to get your peanut butter to come together, then a little bit of oil can help with this. Melted coconut oil or peanut oil is best for this.
The exact amount of peanuts needed will depend on the size of your food processor. You need enough for them all to blend up, so if your food processor is larger, then you will need to add more peanuts for it to work.
If you want an even richer flavour peanut butter, then toast the peanuts in a pan first, as this will release some of the oil.
You can flavour this peanut butter with honey, cinnamon or cocoa powder.
