Impress guests with this 5-minute Halloween Dip. This guacamole is finished with cheese, tomato and jalapeño toppings, a sour cream web and olive spider.
Put 2 Avocados into a bowl and mash until your desired consistency.
Add 2 pinch Sea salt, 2 pinch Black pepper, juice of 1 Lime and 15 g Fresh coriander (cilantro). Mix well.
Put 30 g Red Leicester cheese and 1 Tomato around the edge of the bowl.
Put 2 tablespoon Sour cream and 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt into a squeezy sauce bottle with a fine nozzle and draw a spider's web. Add 1 Jalapeno to the edges.
Use one of the 2 Black olives as the spider's body. Thinly slice the other olive to make the spider's legs.
