Air Fryer Peppers

Ingredients
4
Bell peppers
sliced
1
tablespoon
Olive oil
1
pinch
Sea salt
1
pinch
Black pepper
Instructions
Cut
4 Bell peppers
open and remove the stem and seeds. Slice into strips.
Put the strips into a mixing bowl with
1 tablespoon Olive oil
,
1 pinch Sea salt
and
1 pinch Black pepper
. Mix well to coat the peppers.
Cook at 200°C/400°F for 12 minutes, shaking half way through cooking.
Notes
When preparing the bell peppers, use a sharp knife to de-seed and remove the membrane part.
Your air fryer might need pre-heating before using, so make sure you check your manual as every air fryer is different.
Make sure you shake the basket halfway through cooking.
Don't overload your air fryer basket, as you want enough air to circulate so they get nice and crispy and don't just steam and get soggy.
