Put 3 Bell peppers, 1 Onion and 400 g Chicken breast into a mixing bowl.
Drizzle over 1 tablespoon Olive oil and add 4 tablespoon Fajita seasoning. Mix well so that everything is coated.
Put the chicken and vegetables into your air fryer.
Cook at 200°C/400°F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Make sure all the chicken strips are cut evenly, so that they all cook at the same rate.
Don't slice your onions and peppers too thin, as they will burn in the air fryer.
Be generous with the fajita seasoning and make sure everything is well covered so you get that delicious smoky and spicy flavour in every bite.
Try not to overcrowd your air fryer basket. You want to make sure that that air can circulate around the chicken and vegetables so they get a little bit of crisp on them.
Add a squeeze of lime to the air fryer fajitas just before serving (not before cooking) to freshen them up.
