Trim the stalks off of 400 g of Brussels sprouts and remove any loose leaves. Cut the sprouts in half.
Put the sprouts into a bowl and add 2 tsp of Olive oil, 2 pinch of Sea salt and 2 pinch of Ground black pepper. Carefully mix to coat the sprouts.
Put the coated sprouts into the air fryer basket.
Cook on the Air Fry setting at 180°C/350℉ for 10-12 minutes. Shaking halfway through cooking.
Serve topped with 3 tbsp of Parmesan (optional).
Notes
Make sure all the Brussels sprouts are a similar size so that they all cook at the same rate.
If you have a lot of sprouts, or a small air fryer, then you will need to cook these in batches. You need space in the air fryer to get hot air to circulate and get them crispy.
