Instructions
Put the potato peelings into a bowl with the oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Put the coated peelings into your air fryer. Cook at 200°C/400°F for 10 minutes, shaking half way through.
Notes
Make sure the shake the potatoes half way through.
Don't overfill your air fryer basket, as they won't get crispy. Cook in batches if you need to.
When mixing the oil and seasoning into the potatoes, use your hands to get everything more evenly distributed.
