Instructions
Put all of the ingredients in to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Notes
Make this even creamier by using a frozen banana or adding a splash of coconut milk.
Not a fan of banana? Use half an avocado instead.
Make this smoothie vegan by using coconut yoghurt and maple syrup.
Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for a warm flavour. It kind of tastes like a blueberry pie in a jar.
To ensure this recipe is definitely gluten free, use oats that are certified gluten free.
