and spread

over it.
Add
50 g Soft goats cheese
.
Add
500 g Tomato
(sliced). Drizzle with
1 tablespoon Olive oil
and season with
2 pinch Sea salt and ground black pepper
.
Notes
A drizzle of olive oil makes a real difference to this, but it is optional.
Liven the whole dish up with some homemade pesto or balsamic glaze drizzled on top.
You can swap the sourdough loaf for bagel to mix things up.
