Notes
The nutritional information is based on 12 chicken gyoza. This will differ depending on the gyoza you use.
If you make the gyoza yourself or have left the frozen ones to thaw, then you will need to reduce the cooking time by a couple of minutes.
Don't overload your air fryer. Make sure that the gyoza have some space between them and nothing is stacked on top of each other.
All air fryers cook differently so depending on your air fryer, cooking times may vary.
Empty out any grease from your air fryer before cooking another batch.
Don't forget to spray them with oil, otherwise they will be too dry and crispy. You want them to still have a bit of chewiness to them.
