Antipasto Wreath
Easy and festive Antipasto Wreath appetiser for Christmas and holiday entertaining. A no-cook platter ready in minutes and perfect for parties or xmas gatherings.

Ingredients
- 100 g Prosciutto
- 100 g Sun-dried tomatoes
- 200 g Olives
- 60 g Chorizo sliced
- 250 g Mozzarella balls
- 75 g Mature cheddar cubed
- 75 g Brie cubed
- 75 g Wensleydale cheese cubed
- 75 g Red Leicester cheese cubed
- 100 g Cherry tomatoes
- 75 g Mini cucumbers sliced
- 15 g Fresh thyme
Instructions
- Arrange all of the ingredients in a ring shape around a large wooden board.
- Scatter over extra thyme leaves.
Notes
- Use a large round platter, as this is best for presenting a wreath on.
- Try to mix up the colours as much as possible. Lots of greens and reds work well at Christmas time.
- Build height by stacking ingredients slightly rather than laying everything flat.
- Use marinated ingredients sparingly as the oil with spread.
- If you wanted to make this easier to serve, then you could put everything on mini skewers like our Antipasto Skewers and then arrange them in a circle to look like a wreath.
