Arrange all of the ingredients in a ring shape around a large wooden board.
Scatter over extra thyme leaves.
Notes
Use a large round platter, as this is best for presenting a wreath on.
Try to mix up the colours as much as possible. Lots of greens and reds work well at Christmas time.
Build height by stacking ingredients slightly rather than laying everything flat.
Use marinated ingredients sparingly as the oil with spread.
If you wanted to make this easier to serve, then you could put everything on mini skewers like our Antipasto Skewers and then arrange them in a circle to look like a wreath.
