Chocolate Covered Oranges
For a chocolatey fix - chocolate covered oranges. Enjoy fully coated or dip half way & sprinkle with crushed nuts for added flavour.

Peel
4 Satsumas
and separated into segments and lay on a lined baking tray.
Finely crush
10 g Pistachios
.
Melt
100 g Dark chocolate
and
1 tablespoon Coconut oil
together, either using a bain marie or in the microwave.
Dip each satsuma segment in the chocolate and put back onto the lined tray.
Sprinkle with the crushed pistachios.
Notes
When you are melting the chocolate, do it for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each time, so the chocolate doesn't burn.
You can also melt the chocolate in a saucepan if you prefer.
Any size oranges work for chocolate covered orange slices, but we prefer little oranges for a bitesized snack.
