Instructions
Slice the watermelon into 2.5cm/1" thick rounds. Then cut into eight wedges.
Gently melt the chocolate until smooth and silky.
Dip the tips of the watermelon into the melted chocolate and put onto a lined baking tray.
Sprinkle over the toppings and refrigerate until the chocolate has set (about one hour).
Notes
If you want to make your dark chocolate easier to melt, then add a little coconut oil to the pan with the chocolate.
We cut the watermelon into slices, but you could cube it and dip in chocolate for little bite-sized pieces.
Add a little sprinkle of sea salt on top of the melted chocolate to really bring out the sweetness.
Watermelons are all different sizes, so depending on the one you use, the nutritional info will be slightly different.
