Strawberries
sliced
150
g
0% Fat free Greek yogurt
1
tablespoon
Peanut butter powder

Dark chocolate

tablespoon
Pistachios
crushed

Instructions
Arrange
400 g Strawberries
(sliced) on a lined baking sheet so they form a square or rectangle.
Mix together
150 g 0% Fat free Greek yogurt
and
1 tablespoon Peanut butter powder
.
Carefully spread the yogurt mixture over the strawberries.
Melt
100 g Dark chocolate
and pour it over the yogurt.
Sprinkle over
1 tablespoon Pistachios
(crushed).
Put into the freezer for at least two hours. Once it is frozen, cut into squares.
Notes
To make it easier to eat, leave the bark out of the freezer for around 5 minutes before biting into it. This allows the yogurt to soften a little.
