Firstly, arrange 1 kg Green grapes into a large ring.
Add 130 g Raspberries.
Next add 150 g Blueberries.
Scatter over 60 g Pomegranate jewels.
Finally, add 10 g Fresh mint to the the edge of the wreath.
Notes
You need a large circular serving tray to build this fruit wreath. Depending on the size of the tray you have, you may need to adjust the amount of fruit used.
If you don't have a circular serving board, then you could just line a baking tray with baking paper and then shape your wreath into a circle.
Try to serve this within an hour or two of making it for the freshest dish and use the freshest fruit that you can.
