This isn't just any cheese sandwich, this is an epic cheese sandwich! We have taken a classic lunchtime sandwich and given it a serious upgrade!

Bread

Wensleydale and cranberry cheese

Little gem lettuce
chopped

Instructions
Spread
1 tablespoon Butter
over
4 slice Bread
and then spread
60 g Chutney
over two slices.
Add
100 g Mature cheddar
and
90 g Wensleydale and cranberry cheese
.
Top with
1 Little gem lettuce
and
1 Carrot
.
Finish with
5 Cherry tomatoes
and another slice of bread.
Notes
Make sure to use a really sturdy bread, as there is a lot of filling in this sandwich and you don't want it all falling through the bread.
Add some spice by using a chilli jam instead of chutney.
Flavoured cheese is an easy way to add some extra flavour to this sandwich.
If you are using 2 different cheeses, try not to use strong flavoured ones for both, as they will battle against each other.
