Make the face: Take 2 Flour tortillas and cut some Jack-O-Lantern faces into them using a sharp knife.
Add the cheese: Divide 60 g of Cheddar cheese between the other 2 Flour tortillas.
Top the quesadilla: Put the cut tortillas on top of the cheese loaded one.
Cook the quesadillas: Cook in a dry frying pan for about 3 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Do NOT flip them.
Notes
Don't flip the quesadillas when cooking them in a frying pan, as the melted cheese can escape through the face.
Keep extra fillings fairly thin so the quesadillas stay together and cook evenly.
Put the cheese on top of any fillings so it shows through the cut-out face. Let kids sketch their pumpkin face with a toothpick first, then an adult can cut it out with a knife.
For crispier quesadillas, bake them for around 10 minutes at 200°C/180°C fan/400°F/Gas 6 instead.
Don't throw away the tortilla face cut-outs. Brush them with a little oil and bake them into tiny tortilla chips.
