Make your Halloween extra spooky with this easy and delicious Halloween Popcorn. Drizzled with chocolate and topped with Halloween sprinkles and treats.
Add 3 tablespoon Coconut oil to a large pan and melt. Put 3 kernels in and wait until they pop (about 3-4 minutes).
Add 70 g Popcorn kernels in an even layer, cover and remove from the heat for 30 seconds.
Put the popcorn back on the heat and shake as it pops. When the popping slows to around 5 seconds between each pop, take it off the heat.
Immediately spread it over a lined baking tray.
Melt 40 g Milk chocolate and 40 g White chocolate separately.
Drizzle the melted chocolate all over the popcorn.
Add 60 g Sprinkles, 70 g M&Ms and Edible eyes (optional) and put in the fridge until it has set.
It will be like popcorn bark, which can be snapped in to smaller pieces and then stored in a jar.
Notes
White chocolate can be a little difficult to melt, so you can add a little coconut oil to it to thin it out.
You can either melt the chocolate over boiling water on the stove or microwave it in intervals.
You don't have to drizzle the chocolate on top of this Halloween popcorn recipe, you can just put it all in a bowl together and mix it up.
All the mini toppings tend to fall to the bottom of the bowl/jar if they haven't stuck to any chocolate. So, make sure to give this spooky popcorn a good mix again before serving.
