Put 240 g Salmon fillets (cut into chunks) into a bowl with the 1 teaspoon Olive oil, 2 teaspoon Hot honey, 0.25 teaspoon Paprika, 0.25 teaspoon Garlic granules, 1 pinch Sea salt and 1 pinch Ground black pepper. Mix well to coat all of the salmon.
Transfer the coated salmon to your air fryer.
Cook on the Air Fry setting at 200°C/400°F for 6 minutes.
Notes
Cut the salmon into similar-sized pieces so they cook evenly.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. If needed, cook in batches.
Use skinless salmon fillets for the easiest bite-sized pieces.
Check the salmon at 6 minutes. Air fryers can vary slightly, so thicker pieces may need an extra 1 to 2 minutes.
Add a little extra hot honey after cooking if you want a stickier, glossier finish.
Line the air fryer basket with a suitable air fryer liner if you want easier cleanup, but make sure the air can still circulate properly.
