Take 2 Flour tortillas and cut some Jack-O-Lantern faces into them using a sharp knife.
Divide 60 g Cheddar cheese between the other 2 Flour tortillas.
Put the cut tortillas on top of the cheese loaded one.
Cook in a dry frying pan for about 3 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Do NOT flip them.
Notes
Although you would usually flip a tortilla half way through so both sides of the tortilla gets crispy, do NOT flip these. All the cheese will come out of the cut out shapes.
If you did want both sides of the tortillas crispy, then you could cook these in the oven. They will take about 10 minutes at 200°C/180°C(fan)/400F/Gas 6.
You could also just pre-cook the top half to brown it before putting it on top and cooking it all.
If you want to get kids involved in designing their own faces, then give them a toothpick to outline the shapes they want and then a grown-up can use a knife to cut the actual shapes out.
