Ingredients
200
g
of
Frozen mango
200
ml
of
Passionfruit juice
Instructions
Put
200 g
of
Frozen mango
and
200 ml
of
Passionfruit juice
into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Notes
Use the frozen mango straight from the freezer. Allowing it to thaw will make the cooler thinner and less icy.
Add the juice to the blender before the mango if your blender sometimes struggles with frozen fruit. This helps the blades move more easily.
Start with less juice than you think you will need. You can always add more, but it is harder to thicken the drink again without adding extra mango.
Blend until completely smooth. Small pieces of frozen mango can block a straw.
Chill the serving glasses in the fridge or freezer beforehand to help the cooler stay cold for longer.
Avoid adding too much ice, as the frozen mango already provides the chilled texture. Excess ice will water down the flavour as it melts.
