Put 300 g 0% Fat Free Greek yogurt, 270 g Peaches (reserving a few segments for serving) and 1 tablespoon Maple syrup into the Ninja Creami pint container and mix well.
Put the lid onto the pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove the lid and put the frozen pint tub into the outer bowl and put on the outer bowl lid. Put into the Ninja Creami machine and set to the Frozen Yogurt setting and spin. After the first spin it may result in a crumbly consistency.
Add 2 tablespoon Reserved fruit juice of the reserved fruit juice. Replace the tub in the machine and press Re-spin. This may take 1-2 more re-spins to achieve the perfect creamy consistency.
Notes
Use thicker yogurt for creaminess. Full-fat Greek yogurt gives the most “ice cream-like” result.
Drain the peaches well. Too much liquid can push it icy. Save the juice for re-spins instead.
Once blended, scoop and serve straight away for the soft-serve vibe. If you prefer firmer scoops, pop the spun pint back into the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Spread the mixture flat once it is in the container, as a flat top helps the blade process evenly.
Warm the outside briefly if needed. If your freezer runs very cold, running the pint tub under warm water for 20 to 30 seconds can help the first spin process more smoothly.
