If you keep tinned peaches in the cupboard and Greek yogurt in the fridge, you are basically one freezer step away from the creamiest peach ice cream made in the Ninja CREAMi. This tastes like peaches and cream, but it's lighter, naturally sweetened with maple syrup, and has that proper scoopable texture once it's spun in the Ninja Creami. This just screams summer and is a great high protein dessert option.

Think peach frozen yogurt meets soft-serve and no pudding mix used! Using tinned peaches gives a consistent peachy flavour (no under-ripe fruit problems), and the Greek yogurt adds tang and body so it doesn't feel watery. It makes a great high protein healthy dessert option too.
This Ninja Creami Peach Ice Cream is also incredibly kid-friendly, and it's a great option to keep on standby when you want something cold and sweet in the summer, and the kids are asking for 4,000 ice creams a day!
We always have a few made up containers of Ninja Creami in the freezer, to whizz up when the ice cream/frozen yogurt cravings hit.
We have called this ice cream, because it tastes exactly like ice cream, but it uses Greek yogurt.

Ingredients and Substitutions

A full ingredients list, along with US Customary and Metric measurements, can be found in the recipe card at the end of this post.
- Yogurt - We used 0% Greek yogurt to keep this as a low calorie dessert. But using a higher fat percentage Greek yogurt will make this even creamier.
- Peaches - You need to use tinned (canned) peaches in juice for this Ninja Creami peach ice cream.
- Maple syrup - You could use honey or agave nectar instead.
- Tinned peach juice - Reserved from the canned peaches.
Variations
Peach Cobbler - Blend in ¼ teaspoon cinnamon and a tiny pinch of nutmeg. After the base is spun and creamy, use the Mix-In setting with crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers if in the US (a small handful). If you want it extra "cobbler," add a few toasted chopped pecans too.
Peaches and Cream (Extra indulgent) - Add 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened) to the Creami. It makes the texture richer and slightly cheesecake-like.
High Protein - Blend in 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. You may need an extra splash of peach juice on the re-spin because protein powder thickens and can make the first spin more crumbly.
Peach and Mango - Replace half the peaches with mango (tinned and drained, or thawed frozen mango). Mango adds extra body and a super creamy texture. This has a real tropical vibe.
Dairy-Free - Use a thick plant-based Greek-style yogurt (coconut-based tends to be creamiest). Maple syrup still works, and you'll likely need less peach juice for re-spin because plant yogurts vary in thickness.
How To Make Ninja CREAMi Peach Ice Cream

- Step 1: Put the Greek yogurt, canned peach segments (reserving a few for serving) and maple syrup into the Ninja Creami pint container and mix well.

- Step 2: Put the lid onto the pint container and freeze for 24 hours.

- Step 3: Remove the lid and put the frozen pint tub into the outer bowl and put on the outer bowl lid. Put into the Ninja Creami machine and set to the Frozen Yogurt setting and spin. After the first spin it may result in a crumbly consistency.

- Step 4: Add the reserved fruit juice. Replace the tub in the machine and press the Re-spin button. This may take 1-2 more re-spins to achieve the perfect creamy consistency.
Serving Suggestions
- Spoon into bowls and top with extra chopped peaches.
- Add toasted flaked almonds for crunch.
- Drizzle with a tiny bit more maple syrup and a pinch of sea salt for a sweet and salty combo.
- Turn it into a "peach shortcake" bowl with crushed shortbread on top.
- For kids, serve with a sprinkle of granola or crushed cereal for a fun crunch.
Ninja Creami Peach Ice Cream Storage
The ice cream will harden again when it goes into the freezer, so we would recommend keeping it in the Ninja pint container, so it can be re-spun again.
You can also just leave the pint out of the freezer for 10-15 minutes until it softens and then scoop it.

Dannii's Top Tips
- Use thicker yogurt for creaminess. Full-fat Greek yogurt gives the most "ice cream-like" result.
- Drain the peaches well. Too much liquid can push it icy. Save the juice for re-spins instead.
- Once blended, scoop and serve straight away for the soft-serve vibe. If you prefer firmer scoops, pop the spun pint back into the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Spread the mixture flat once it is in the container, as a flat top helps the blade process evenly.
- Warm the outside briefly if needed. If your freezer runs very cold, running the pint tub under warm water for 20 to 30 seconds can help the first spin process more smoothly.
- Don't fill the pint container above the max fill line.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Use ripe peaches for sweetness, and add a splash of water or orange juice to help blend. Tinned peaches are more consistent, which is why we use them as they always have the best flavour.
Totally fine. Drain them well and start with less maple syrup, then taste the blended base and adjust.
That's very common with Greek yogurt bases because they are high in protein and lower in sugar than traditional ice cream. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons peach juice and Re-Spin until creamy.
