Put 100 g Frozen berries, 1 teaspoon Chia seeds and a splash of cold water into a pan. Gently cook over a low heat stirring regularly. Once softened, mash the fruit to form a jam-like consistency.
Spread the jam over a plate and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, crush 2 Weetabix biscuits into a bowl. Add 0.5 teaspoon Maple syrup and 90 ml Skimmed milk. Mix well and spread out evenly.
Combine 70 g 0% Fat Free Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon Protein powder in a bowl.
Spread the yogurt mixture over the top of the soaked Weetabix.
Add the cooled jam on top of the yogurt and swirl it around.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but overnight is best.
Notes
If you are adding any crunchy topping like our Air Fryer Granola, then do that right before serving, otherwise they will go soft if put in the fridge overnight.
Feel free to use a flavoured yogurt to add extra flavour.
Make sure to mix the Weetabix and milk together thoroughly.
Don't be tempted to add too much milk, as the ratio needs to be as in this recipe, otherwise it will be too sloppy and runny.
