In a glass or jug add 125 ml Skimmed milk and 3 tablespoon Vanilla protein powder.
Use a milk frother to whisk everything together.
Carefully pour the foam on top of your favourite coffee.
Notes
Make sure your milk is cold, as it froths up better cold from the fridge and makes the best protein foam.
Serve this immediately. The protein cold foam will start to settle the longer it is left.
If your protein powder does not dissolve well, blend the mixture instead of just frothing it. A handheld frother is great for quick foam, but a blender gives the smoothest result.
Do not add too much protein powder. It can make the foam thick, chalky or grainy. Start with a smaller amount and adjust depending on the brand you use.
Taste before serving. Some protein powders are very sweet, while others might need some maple syrup or extra sweetener.
Use a tall narrow jug if using a handheld frother. This helps the mixture foam up instead of splashing everywhere.
