Watermelon Slushie (Just 4 Ingredients)

cut into cubes and frozen

Instructions
Put all of the ingredients into the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and then add the lime and mint for garnish. You can add some watermelon slices on the glasses too.
Notes
Make sure you are using a ripe watermelon for the best flavor.
Let the watermelon cubes sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before adding them to the blender, as it will make it easier to blend.
Any leftovers can be poured in to popscile moulds and frozen for a healthy sweet treat for kids.
In the interest of being honest, we did a mint free version that my kids much preferred, so that might be worth a try first.
