Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C(fan)/375°F/Gas 5.
Make sure your 1 Naan bread has the flat side down and brush the top with 1 tsp of Olive oil.
Spread 4 tbsp of Marinara on the naan bread.
Add 10 g of Spinach.
Sprinkle 10 g of Parmesan on the bread.
Add 4 Cherry tomatoes and 6 Sun-dried tomatoes.
Add 8 Olives,
Sprinkle 30 g of Mozzarella balls and 20 g of Goat's cheese on top.
Add 6 Fresh basil, 1 tsp of Dried oregano and 1 pinch of Ground black pepper. Put into the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Notes
You want to be generous with the toppings, but try not to load them up too much because the naan bread will be difficult to hold once sliced up and everything will fall off.
Brush the naan with a little oil before topping to help the edges get crispy.
Add some chopped up vegetables to the sauce for an added green boost.
Use leftover pasta sauce as the base or you could use a BBQ sauce.
A little drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving is a delicious addition.
