Arrange 800 g Baby carrots in a pumpkin shape, leaving space for eyes, nose and a mouth.
Add 1 portion Tzatziki and 1 portion Greek yogurt ranch dip into two small bowls and put them in the space for the eyes.
Add 0.5 Cucumber to make a mouth, 70 g Black olives for the nose and add 0.5 rib Celery at the top.
Notes
You can make this Halloween veggie tray as big or as small as you like. Just scale up or down the carrots to make a bigger or smaller pumpkin veggie tray.
Prepare and wash the vegetables just before you are going to use them, so they are as fresh and crisp as possible.
You could prepare the dips in advance to save some time.
