- Bread - Sourdough is my favourite for avocado cream cheese toast, but you can also use rye, whole grain, or your favourite bread. Use a seeded bread for extra fibre.

- Avocado - Mashed or sliced.
- Tomato - Sliced beef tomatoes or you could swap them for sun-dried tomatoes.
- Seasoning - A sprinkle of Homemade Everything Bagel Seasoning. You could also add a drizzle of hot honey or just some olive oil. Some fresh herbs like chives, basil and dill work too.

- Red pepper flakes, chilli flakes or some chilli oil if you like a kick of heat.
