- Bread - Sourdough is my favourite for avocado cream cheese toast, but you can also use rye, whole grain, or your favourite bread. Use a seeded bread for extra fibre.

- Tomato - Sliced beef tomatoes or you could swap them for sun-dried tomatoes.
